People respond based on their environment and incentives. Many of the problems we face today are not the result of individual failure, but of systems that actually reward the wrong behavior. Our current political and economic structures are not just vulnerable to corruption—they actively incentivize it!

 

Real reform requires changing those underlying incentives. We must build a society that rewards integrity, transparency, and public service, while imposing real consequences on those who abuse power or retaliate against accountability. Without fixing these incentive structures, we will continue cycling the same bad actors through the same "broken" system and getting the same intolerable results.​
